To ask the Minister for Women and Equalities, what has been the change in the Gender Pay Gap between July 2024 and December 2025.

The Office for National Statistics releases data on the national gender pay gap annually in October, based on April pay data. This showed that the national median gap in April 2025 was 12.8%. In the previous year, the national gap stood at 13.1%. This rel...
