To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, if she will make an assessment of the adequacy of the time taken for her Department to make a decision on Stoke-on-Trent's proposal to reduce Nitrous Oxide levels at the A500/Etruria R

The proposals by Stoke-on-Trent need careful consideration in order to understand how they support the requirement to achieve compliance with legal nitrogen dioxide limits in the shortest possible time.
