To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, whether she has made a recent assessment of the requirements for EU nationals married to UK national to apply and pay for visas to live in the UK.

The deadline for EU, other EEA and Swiss citizens resident in the UK by the end of the transition period (11pm on 31 December 2020) to apply to the EUSS was 30 June 2021, but they can make a late application if there are reasonable grounds for the delay. ...
