To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what steps he has taken to reduce the number of parking fines administered by local authorities.

The Department for Transport does not hold this data. Local authorities publish some financial information relating to parking fines on their websites. All local authorities have a statutory responsibility to provide appropriate traffic management schemes...
