To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what steps he is taking to inform veterans who served in Northern Ireland of the Victims Pension Scheme.

The Troubles Permanent Disablement Payment Scheme is advertised on https://www.nidirect.gov.uk/ The scheme is being promoted locally in Northern Ireland via the veterans’ support network and victims and survivors groups.
