To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what support is available to victims of domestic abuse on navigating the civil court system.

Victims of domestic abuse in both the civil and family court systems have the protection of special measures such as giving evidence via a video link or from behind a screen, and prohibition of direct cross examination of a victim by a perpetrator.The Gov...
