To ask the Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, what assessment he has made of the potential merits of including hybrid heat pumps in the Boiler Upgrade Scheme.

The Boiler Upgrade Scheme does not support hybrid heat pumps, as we want to direct the available funding towards the technologies that offer the greatest carbon savings, rather than those which would continue to involve the burning of fossil fuels for spa...
