To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, how many NHS appointments were missed in the last 12-months.

The Department does not hold data on the number of missed appointments across the whole National Health Service. In the year from April 2024 to March 2025, the latest provisional data indicates that there were 8.1 million outpatient appointments not atten...
