To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, pursuant to the Answer of 12 June 2025 to Question 58194 on Letter Boxes, if he will make an estimate of the number of property developers who do not comply with the guidance on

The department does not hold this data. Since October 2023, the Building Safety Regulator have a duty under the Building Safety Act 2022 to keep under review the safety and standards of all buildings in England, which includes keeping Approved Document Q ...
