To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, whether she plans to create delineated funding mechanisms for different tiers of local government in the proposed English Devolution Bill.

The government has no plans to create further delineated funding mechanisms for different tiers of local government in the proposed English Devolution Bill. The English Devolution White Paper set out that where a Strategic Authority takes on powers which ...
