To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many motorists have taken speed awareness courses after being charged with speeding offences in (a) 2022, (b) 2023 and (c) 2024.

The Home Office collects and publishes information on the number of speed limit offences that resulted in ‘driver retraining’, as part of its annual ‘Police Powers and Procedures: Roads policing’ statistical release. The latest data is available here Poli...
