To ask the Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, if he will take steps to introduce new safety protocols for solar battery storage sites.

The Government has committed to consult in June 2025 on including battery storage sites within scope of the Environmental Permitting Regulations.We are continuing to work closely with the industry-led Electricity Storage Health and Safety Governance Group...
