To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, if she will take steps to investigate the number of fires caused by self-installed solar panels on residential properties.

The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government collects data on incidents attended by Fire and Rescue Services (FRSs). This data includes the cause of the fire and the source of ignition. This data is published in a variety of publications, ava...
