To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, how many and what proportion of people claiming tax relief for working from home between March 2022 and March 2024, have been found to be ineligible for such tax relief.

Work related expenses claims can be submitted by various methods. Due to high volumes of claims, it is not possible to produce data on claims that were found to be ineligible for a specific expense. We are encouraging customers to check they are eligible ...
