To ask the Minister for Women and Equalities, what guidance she is issuing to public buildings on the facilities post operation trans women should use.

The Government has set out our expectation that organisations follow the clarity the ruling provides. The Equality and Human Rights Commission is developing its updated statutory Code of Practice to support organisations. Ministers will consider the EHRC’...
