To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, if he plans to publish (a) the conclusions of the Independent Development Review and (b) his response.

The review's reports take the form of unpublished independent advice to the Foreign Secretary. The review recommendations are now being considered as part of the Foreign Secretary's wider work to reform the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office. A ...
