To ask the Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, what assessment his Department has made of the potential merits of decoupling the electricity wholesale price from gas.

As part of the Review of Electricity Market Arrangements, the Government assessed the merits of decoupling the electricity wholesale price from gas, considering proposals such as a Split Market, Green Power Pool and future-proofed Contracts for Difference...
