To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, with reference to section 1 of the Down Syndrome Act 2022, when his Department plans to publish the guidance.

Officials have been working to develop the Down Syndrome Act 2022 statutory guidance, including engaging with sector partners and the relevant departments.We expect to issue the draft guidance of the public consultation by the summer of 2025. The guidance...
