To ask the Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, what assessment his Department has made of the potential impact of regulations from the Office for Nuclear Regulation on businesses.

The Office for Nuclear Regulation (ONR) does not make regulations. Assessments of impacts on businesses of regulations relating to nuclear would be found in the original economic impact assessments for those regulations and, where they have been carried o...
