To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what assessment she has made of the potential of out-of-home delivery collection points to reduce the carbon footprint of home deliveries in the last-mile logistics sector.

The Department for Transport has not made an assessment relating to out-of-home delivery collection points and associated carbon footprint reductions. Tackling emissions from the freight sector, including last-mile deliveries, will support Government to m...
