To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what discussions she has had with her Northern Irish counterpart on substance abuse in prisons.

The Lord Chancellor has not yet had discussions with Ministers in the Northern Ireland Executive. Justice in Northern Ireland is devolved, and therefore a matter for the Executive - although we are always interested to learn from the insights and experien...
