To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what offences would require an asylum seeker to be deported.

All foreign nationals, including asylum seekers and refugees, can and do face prosecution for criminal offences in the same way as any other individual in the UK, and routinely have their immigration status reviewed if convicted.Under existing legislation...
