To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, what steps he is taking to help improve sea access infrastructure on St Helena.

The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) provided approximately £4.79 million in funding through the St Helena Economic Development and Investment Programme for the construction of a new port and cargo handling facilities at Rupert's Bay. T...
