To ask the Secretary of State for Business and Trade, what steps his Department is taking to help safeguard consumer protection within the private publishing sector.

Consumer legislation, such as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, apply to businesses across all sectors where consumers are transacting with traders. This includes the private publishing sector. ...
