To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, how many council tax payers pay over 12 months.

Council tax is usually paid in 10 instalments across the year. Households have a right to request to pay their council tax in 12 monthly instalments. The government has not collected data on how many households pay their council tax across 12 instalments ...
