To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, when the provisions of the British Nationality (Irish Citizens) Act 2024 will come into force.

The British Nationality (Irish Citizens) Act 2024 will come into force on a date that is set out in future regulations made by the Secretary of State, as allowed for by Clause 2(3) of the Act. This will be when the Home Office is able to make operational ...
