To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, whether his Department is providing financial resources to integrated care boards to allow them to allocate resources effectively.

The Department provides funding to NHS England, which in turn allocates a large part of its funding to the integrated care boards. Planned spend by integrated care boards is currently £141 billion for the financial year 2024/25, with boards responsible fo...
