To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, which fire brigade services have carried out blood tests on firefighters for (a) cancer and (b) health monitoring purposes; and how much does it cost to carry out such blood tests.

Fire and rescue authorities are responsible for the health and wellbeing of the firefighters they employ, and so it is for those authorities to take the appropriate action to protect their workforce.As such the decision on whether to carry out blood testi...
