To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, if he will make an estimate of the number of covid-19 related deaths in the last year.

From the week commencing 6 October 2023 to week commencing 20 September 2024, there have been an estimated 9,972 deaths from COVID-19, as measured by death registrations with COVID-19 on death certificates. Further information is available at the followin...
