To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many subpostmasters had their convictions quashed as a result of the Post Office (Horizon System) Offences Act.

The Post Office (Horizon System) Offences Act 2024 quashed all convictions meeting the conditions in the Act immediately upon commencement on 24 May 2024.Following the commencement of the Act, the Ministry of Justice has been working through data from a r...
