To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, whether she has made an assessment of the potential impact of her proposed regulatory changes on the private rented sector in relation to (a) the level of rents for new tenancies

An impact assessment for the regulatory changes proposed in the forthcoming Renters’ Rights Bill will be published in the usual way.
